On the one hand, no talks about Martians or the Incredible Hulk. On the other hand, there are two (likely fraudulent) talks by Eric Stewart on racism in sentencing, six talks about ghosts, and a talk on “the queering of human-animal love.”
Specifically, the latter talk “reflects on this lacuna and proceeds as follows: (1) it revisits the opposition to interspecies sex acts advanced by animal rights theory, whose development in this regard has been seriously stymied by Peter Singer’s (2001) controversial essay “Heavy Petting”; (2) it recognizes the important shift in ecofeminist analyses from caring concern for the harms animals suffer through interspecies sexual contact to a joyful emphasis on the authenticity of animals' subjectivity and agency; and (3) it confronts the thorny issue of whether interspecies sexual contact contravenes justice for animals” (emphasis added).
